Checkout terms

1. Who you are buying from. The supplier is socialmedia.pm / Presence Manager (company in formation). These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales decide disputes about them.
2. What you are buying. Snapshot is one point-in-time report (£295). The Quarterly Report Pack is four Snapshot reports in twelve months (£590), paid in advance, with one delivery each quarter. Growth (£799) is a separate one-shot audit. Growth is not included in the Pack.
3. Not Monitor. Neither Snapshot nor the Pack tracks change over time, sends weekly alerts, or shows overtime graphs.
4. How we measure. Named, Mentioned and Silent are a string-match on that run’s sample of prompts. They are not market share and not a ranking guarantee. Share of voice is versus the named rival set for that run only. The Pack freezes the same buyer prompts across the four quarters. “vs last quarter” is shown for Named and Silent only when a prior Pack run exists.
5. Delivery. We email the report, or share the PDF, when each run completes. If a Pack delivery is more than 14 days late for reasons on our side, you can cancel the unused quarters for a pro-rata refund.
6. Refunds. If we cannot deliver a Snapshot, you receive a full refund. If you cancel a Pack mid-year, unused quarters are refunded pro-rata and completed quarters are not. If we discontinue the Pack, unused quarters are refunded in full.
7. Renewal. The Pack does not auto-renew unless you opt in.
8. Fair use. Reports are for your business. You may not white-label or resell them without our written agreement.
